It's important for us to keep healthy. I think we should have a healthy diet every day . We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food.We'd better get up early in the morning and not go to bed too late at night.It's good to take more exercise,such as running,swimming and bike riding.It's not good to spend too much time watching TV.
