以重庆甜橙为原料，通过正交试验，以膜通量、澄清度、维生素C等为指标，研究适合重庆甜橙的超滤条件和技术参数。结果表明，在采用外压管式膜组件，膜材料为聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF），温度=45℃，工作压力=0.3MPa，流速=2m/s条件下，超滤后的甜橙汁澄清透明，透光率达到95%以上，维生素C保存率达到88%，微生物指标得以改善。
The paper studies the ultrafiltration conditions and technological parameters suitable for Chongqing orange juice, which takes Chongqing orange juice as raw material, through orthogonal experiment, and takes membrane flux, clarity, Vitamin C, etc. as indexes. The results show that under the conditions of using external pressure tubular membrane component, PVDF membrane material, 45℃ of temperature, 0.3MPa of operation pressure, and 2m/s of flow rate, the ultrafiltrated orange juice is clarified and transparent, its transmittance achieves more than 95%, the retention of Vitamin C achieves 88%, and the microbiological index is improved
