我打黑8时对手做障碍球，我没有先碰到黑8,这算什么？

确实相当奇怪
根据世界撞球协会WPA的规定：对手在打8号球时犯规，我方获胜。（在非正式比赛的场合里，只视作犯规）。

但是在英文原版里是这样说得“The opposing player commits any foul, including scratching the cue ball into a pocket, or knocking it off the table, during the same inning that the 8 ball is pocketed. A scratch or foul is not a loss of the game if the 8 ball is not pocketed or jumped from the table.”，换句话说并没有说打8号是犯规算输。

在国内一般用的是中国台球协会的标准，里面最后一条关于输局的规定（如下），并没有包括情况，故应属于free ball，即自由球。
十、输局

1、对方在没有犯规的情况下击打8号球落入指定的球袋或已方连续三次犯规。

2、未将本方目标球全部击入袋中而先将8号球击入袋。

3、将8号球击出台面（开球时除外）。

4、击打8号球时，主球落袋或跳离台面。

5、一击使本方最后一颗目标球与8号球同时或先后入袋。

6、打8号球时所进球袋非指定球袋
