首先需要明确的是内翅片跟外翅片的强化传热机理是一致的,就是将相对弱给热系数的介质(比如相对常规液体,常规气体就是弱给热系数)走翅片侧,[b]所以大多数的气体与液体热交换的工况,都是适合内翅片的,[/b]不过个别介质也有特例,比如常规采用饱和水蒸汽去加热水过程,比如采用气体物料冷凝的热量去加热导热油的过程,这虽然都是气-液热交换工况,但是气体侧冷凝的给热系数要大于液体侧,此时气体走翅片侧进行强化传热已经没有多大意义了。
至于提及的流速和压力方面,一般气体流速较高决定了必须在足够大的横截面积以及沿程流道内,降压将控制在合理范围,在这一点上,与常规光管的管壳式换热器设计理念一致。所以流速不存在作为内翅片使用的限制条件。至于压力嘛,与外翅片一样也受到承压能力的限制,不过范围要广泛得多,内展翅片换热管的承压能力范围在真空~40bar。
