iphone4发生未知错误3194

我遇到这个情况了，前几天。我猜你是用Windows 7/xp 系统下的iTunes的。
两个办法：
1.条件可能的化，找一台苹果电脑（MacBook Rro 、MacBook iAir、Mac、），用它的iTunes重新进行下载更新，不过首先使手机连入iTunes---恢复iPhone---继续（恢复到之前的备份、或直接更新到最新的版本）---然后你就耐心呢，耐心呢等着（千万不要看到进度条不动就着急进行其他操作），
这招一定行的，100%管用

2.没有苹果电脑的话，卸载你的Windows 的iTunes----下载最新的iTunes（苹果官网上有）----下载后----恋上手机---恢复iPhone---继续（恢复到之前的备份、或直接更新到最新的版本）。
这一招98%的会管用

如果你之前有备份就好办多了，你的文件资料就不会丢失了。

对了：再连上的的话会出现：检测到正在恢复状态的Iphone ----你点恢复。
（不要回复到备份了，直接会恢复到最新系统），恢复备份很有可能再出错。

出现3194是iTunes版本过旧导致出错，直接在iTunes更新版本或者上官网下载最新版即可。
1，在电脑浏览器网址栏输入苹果官网【https://appleid.apple.com/cn】。
2，点击官网导航栏右边的【技术支持】。
3，点击进入【iTunes（Windows 版）】
4，进入后，点击下载【下载完成后安装即可】。
