1. be important to sb.: ……对sb.而言是很重要的，强调对某人很重要的东西。。

   be important for sb.（to do sth.）：某人……是很重要的，强调做某事对某人的重要性。

所以应该使用important　for

about 指代关于某件事情，某个事物，即about sth.

所以最好使用for that/it

综上，这句话的最好表述是：

When I want to do one thing which is very important for me,I will eliminate all of the obsacles for it/that.

也许这样说会好些：

When I want to do anything which is very important to me,I will eliminate all the obsacles that keep me out of it.

前半句基本没问题。后半句建议改为：I will remove all obstacles to it (that thing). (建议不要用eliminate，太正式了，如果你是书面作文那就无所谓)。

把about 换成in front of，意思是“我会清除掉它前面的所有障碍，”而不是关于它的障碍。
但我觉得写的很好！没有语法错误~~O(∩_∩)O

这样的句子不太容易得高分，前面的从句部分过长，会显得头重脚轻，语法上倒没什么错误，只是个人觉得最后的代词that改为it比较好，代指one thing

When I want to do an important thing to me, I will eliminate all the obscales of it.
