本人欲申请我院招聘的夏利营辅导员一职，我自信符合该职位的要求。
自2004年9月入读学院以来，除了对专业学习投入了巨大的热情和精力外，我还对学生管理工作培养了极大的热情，我由衷地喜欢这项工作，愿意为其做出自己的贡献。
夏利营辅导员是学生工作最基层的领导者、组织管理者和协调者，既是教与学双向交流的信息员，又是学生学习生活的服务员。因此在大学里，我注重自己的能力培养，积极担任各种学生干部，参加各种相关的社会实践, 具有了一定的组织管理能力。目前我认为自己在这个岗位上有以下优势：

A、有良好的思想品德和较高的政治素质。我高中三年级加入了中国共产党，一直以来接受着先进组织的教育领导，另外多年来自己一直能做到坚持集体利益为重，助人为乐的良好品质得到老师和同学的认可。而在中山大学第十二期马克思主义理论研修班上学习后，政治理论水平也得到较大的提高，看待时政问题更加客观透彻。

B、学习成绩优秀，大一一学年成绩在班里排第六名，获得三等奖学金，大二一学年成绩在班里排第十二名，获得社会工作类单项奖学金。学习能力较强。
