我们定义液位计的测量盲区指的是:当测量范围落到盲区内时,测量值和真实值之间的偏差,达不到液位计设定的准确度要求。

比如说6GHz的电磁波雷达液位计,其波长就有好几个厘米,在距离探头几个波长的距离里,波形会多次反射干扰,很难识别正确的反射波,这几个波长的距离就是雷达液位计的盲区。

有些液位计是没有盲区的,比如说电容(射频导纳)/静压式/射线式等等...

要注意的是:盲区和灵敏度(分辨率)不是一个概念。

对所有原理的液位计来说,都有一个最小测量值,低于这个最小测量值以下的液位,对流量计来说就是盲区。所谓最小测量值,就是液位在最小测量值以下变化时,传感器不能给出相应的输出变化而只能保持0输出。
另外,也和部分液位计的原理有关,比如压力或者压差式的液位计,如果底部连接是侧面安装,那么低于这个接口的液位就是传感器的测量盲区。
