宇宙外面有什么呢?既然要讨论这个话题,那么我们就得先知道,人类目前观测到的宇宙有多大?哪一个才是外面?现在我们把它一层层剥开,从小到大排序。

首先是地球,地球的直径是12742千米,接着是太阳系,太阳系的直径是80AU。AU是一种天文单位,表示地球与太阳的距离,一个AU是1495亿千米左右。 再把镜头拉远一点就是银河系,整个银河系的直径约为10-18光年之间,在银河系内,至少有1000亿颗行星和1000亿颗恒星。

再往远一点看,本系星群,直径大约是1000万光年,且里面拥有54个不同星系的星系群。再远一点,我们可以看到室女座超星系团,其实在这里,本星系群几乎小得看不见了,室女座超星系团至少包含100个星系群,它的直径大约是一亿一千万光年。

再远一点,拉尼亚凯亚超星系团,刚刚说的室女座超星系团只是拉尼亚凯亚超星系团的一部分而已,拉尼亚凯亚超星系团的直径是五亿两千万光年,它包含了十万个星系,最后一个可观测宇宙。

那930亿光年之外是什么呢?
根据哈勃定律,宇宙中一些足够遥远的区域是以超光速膨胀远离地球而去的,简单来说,在这区域里,宇宙膨胀的速度是大于光速,光速跑不过膨胀的速度,用生活中的事情举个例子,这就相当于赚钱的速度赶不上通货膨胀的速度,赚来的钱都贬值了。
所以人类对那部分区域始终都是未知的,整个大宇宙要比目前人类已知的930亿光年的范围要大得多。

那人类是怎么知道宇宙是在膨胀的呢?
著名天文学家哈勃在观测宇宙的时候发现,所有的星系天体都在移动,但是这些星系天体的移动速度和它们与地球的距离是成正比的。
这里还要再提到一个多普勒效应现象,比如一辆救护车向我们驶来的时候,你会听到救护车的声音是很尖很细,频率很高,但它远离我们而去的时候,声音就会变得比刚才听到的要低沉或者更闷,频率更低,所以通过声音是可以判断物体的移动方向。

那光也是一样,哈勃发现远离银河系的天体发射光线频率是遍地的,在天文学上这叫红移现象,天体离开银河系的速度越快,红移越大。如果天体是靠近银河系,则会发生蓝移,所以哈勃通过速度和方向两个方面就得出了宇宙正在膨胀的结论。

假设宇宙是无限的,那么宇宙外面就是什么都没有,因为根本没有外面和里面的概念,也没有方向,有一天,我们以为自己到达了宇宙的尽头,但是再往前走就会发现,会从另一边出来,回到原点。
因为宇宙是无限的,没有尽头,所以刚刚说的宇宙膨胀也是没有方向的,它并没有往哪个方向膨胀,它就是默默地在膨胀。这种假设也被人认为接近现实。

那么可观测宇宙外面就有好多种可能性。比如平行宇宙,我们宇宙的诞生是通过大爆炸产生的,不管是宇宙大爆炸也好,还是黑洞大爆炸也好,那么整个大宇宙里就有可能存在许多的宇宙大爆炸,爆炸出了其它宇宙。
