理论上65KW的机组,一小时可以把10吨水降低5度,所以要用5台65千瓦的机组才有可能在一小时把10吨的25度水降低到5度。

为什么是有可能呢?首先是机组的名义制冷量问题,在正常工况下,机组的制冷量是65千瓦,但当环境温度高时,机组是达不到名义制冷量的。其次很多厂家的制冷量是虚的,即使是在标准工况下,也达不到名义制冷量,另外要冷冻水出水达到5度,也是低于标准工况的,机组的制冷量会有很大的衰减。还要有备用机。

所以至少要7台65KW的机组。注意机组必须要可以出5度水。

配用水泵也要有备用,一般2用一备。若是机组并联使用,配用水泵要100吨流量,也就是每台50吨。若是机组串联使用。要12至15吨流量,每台水泵要6至7.5吨。但杨程要加大。管道粗细也与并联使用或串联使用有关。
