全热交换器的核心器件是全热交换芯体

纸质芯体:材质为纳米纤维制成,既能交换温度,也能交换湿度,不易产生冷凝水(即凝露型液滴),即全热型热交换芯体。

铝制芯体:材质是铝板(或者钢板),只能交换空气中的温度,不能交换湿度的。属于显热回收设备。铝制芯体因材质的不同,坚固且不易变形,可以水洗、消毒,延长其使用寿命。

树脂芯体:材质用的是ABS和纳米膜聚合注塑而成的气体分离复合膜制成的滤芯,这种滤芯不但能提高全热交换器的热交换效率、而且在空气阻力、迎面风速、零泄漏等多项指标测试中都达到一个新的标准。

石墨烯芯体:采用纳米级高分子材料,有效透湿不串气,并能有效抑制细菌滋生。使用寿命通常可以到达10年以上, 耐温性良好在-30℃--45℃,天冷天热都可以正常使用。换热效率超过80%以上。市面上不少产品都是陆续使用石墨烯热交换芯,EK的Air Fresh T系列壁挂新风机就是使用石墨烯全热交换芯。
