Abstract
Accounts receivable is an important part of the capital flow, whether can timely recover to normal production and operation of enterprises whether normal turnover, play a decisive role. Therefore, how to strengthen the management of accounts receivable in enterprises has become the enterprise production and management activities of the important component, is the enterprise survival and the development key. Particularly in the construction enterprises, because of its the characteristic of industry itself, in the construction project to undertake and the construction process will produce a large amount of accounts receivable, at the same time, the construction industry defaults project money phenomenon is relatively common, and therefore cannot be ignored more of the construction industry the management of accounts receivable. Account receivable of construction enterprises long-term high is the big question that perplexes business development.
This paper will be the South construction company as research subject, using quantitative and qualitative analysis method, in the literature at home and abroad on the basis of the study, from the South construction company accounts receivable present situation, the company's accounts receivable management undertakes an analysis, find out the existing problems, and the cause of the problem carries on the thorough analysis, and using the theories put forward reasonable suggestions, so as to South construction company's account receivable management to provide new ideas, to promote its healthy and rapid development.
