甲醇钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)
CH3ONa=54.02 5.402g→1000ml
[配制] 取无水甲醇(含水量0.2%以下)150ml,置于冰水冷却的容器中,分次加入新切的金属钠2.5g,俟完全溶解后,加无水苯(含水量0.02%以下)适量,使成1000ml,摇匀。
[标定] 取在五氧化二磷干燥器中减压干燥至恒重的基准苯甲酸约0.4g,精密称定,加无水甲醇15ml使溶解,加无水苯5ml与1%麝香草酚蓝的无水甲醇溶液1滴,用本液滴定至蓝色,并将滴定的结果用空白试验校正。每1ml的甲醇钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于12.21mg的苯甲酸。根据本液的消耗量与苯甲酸的取用量,算出本液的浓度,即得。
本液标定时应注意防止二氧化碳的干扰和溶剂的挥发,每次临用前均应重新标定。
[贮藏] 置密闭的附有滴定装置的容器内,避免与空气中的二氧化碳及湿气接触。
