1、PE管热胀冷缩严重,因此PE管宜在温差变化不大的环境里施工和使用;2、PE管埋深低于建构物基础底面时,管道不得设在建构筑物基础下地基扩散角受压的范围内;3、地下水位高于开挖沟槽底高程的地区,地下水位降至槽底最近点以下0.3 m~0.5m;4、管槽开挖时,严格控制挖深,不得扰动基底底层原状土,如发生超挖和扰动,换填粒径0.1 m~0.5 m的天然级配砂石料,并找平夯实;5、PE管道基础采用砂砾基础,而不是混凝土基础,厚度为0.05 m~20 m,根据地质情况而定;6、管道铺设过程,下管用人工或起重机进行,起重机下管时,用非金属绳索扣系住管材两端距管口1/4处,严禁穿心吊装;7、回填中对回填土要求较严,部分回填土采用一定规格的中(粗)砂(本地称石棉砂),碎石(土)坚硬的棱角容易损坏PE管且回填不易密实,石棉砂在最佳含水量时具有自动密实功能,再加小型夯实机具夯实就能满足密实度要求;8、在管顶0.7 m以上部分回填,采用机械回填。在管顶以下回填必须从管材两侧同时回填,并夯实,否则容易使PE管受压不均,导致PE管变形,移位。其他回填按规范执行;9、管道与检查井连接。在原来施工方案中,管口缩进检查井内壁0.3 m~0.5 m,用砂浆粉刷成“喇叭状”,周围用砂浆填充密实,之后砌筑砖块,但做闭水试验不能满足要求,经检查存在以下问题:①PE管热胀冷缩将检查井撑裂,导致检查井渗漏水。②没有将检查井撑裂,却由于管道与检查井连接处密封达不到要求,导致渗、漏水。针对上述两个问题,提出以下解决方案:①将PE管埋深提高,使PE管处于相对温度变化不大的环境内,同时PE管铺设完后立即回填,且在较短时间内完成。施工长度控制在一定范围内。②PE管道敷设完毕后,再进行检查井的砌筑。③针对第二个问题,重新采用了图集连接方式,检查井与PE管连接处采用热熔纤维密封,取代原来的砂浆填塞密封。
