铸造配重铁一般按造型方法来分类,习惯上分为普通砂型配重铁和特种配重铁。普通砂型配重铁包括湿砂型、干砂型、化学硬化砂型三类。特种配重铁按造型材料的不同,又可分为两大类:一类以天然矿产砂石作为主要造型材料,如熔模配重铁、壳型配重铁、负压配重铁、泥型配重铁、实型配重铁、陶瓷型配重铁等;一类以金属作为主要铸型材料,如金属型配重铁、离心配重铁、连续配重铁、压力配重铁、低压配重铁等。 配重铁工艺可分为三个基本部分,即配重铁金属准备、铸型准备和铸件处理。
配重铁的焊接工艺一般分为热焊,半热焊,冷焊三种工艺,不同的焊接工艺选用的焊接材料各不相同.铸铁半热焊工艺是将配重铁整体或局部预热到300~400℃,并在焊接过程中保持温度.半热焊方法改善了施工前提,降低了焊接本钱,但焊缝抗裂机能下降.铸铁冷焊工艺一般焊前不进行预热,当环境温度较低或焊接拘束较大时,焊前可以预热100~150℃,配重铁冷焊时往往要采用特殊的焊接材料和必要的工艺措施.
   铸铁热焊工艺是将配重铁整体或局部预热至600~700℃,并在焊接过程中保持温度,焊后趁红热状态笼盖石棉粉或其他保温材料,缓慢冷却,有利于石墨析出.热焊方法的长处是降低焊缝与母材的温差,从而降低焊接接头应力水平,有利于防止裂纹产生,避免产生白口及淬硬组织.
至于优缺点你一看就明白了,铸造配重铁容易制造,但是大型铸造件内部缩孔,缩松不易解决;铸铁型配重铁焊接太复杂,难以操作,若采用其它材质估计材料成本就很高,且焊接不能使接触面每个部位都融合(只是焊接部位融合,对大型件难以完成)。
