10-1 Where the house has deficiencies upon delivery, Party A shall take the responsibilty to repair it within 10 days after the day of delivery. Party A aggres to a reduction of rent and variation of provisions on lease payment if Party A does not perform such obligation within the aforesaid time limit.

10-2 Where Party A doesn't inform Party B in this contract that the house is mortgaged or the transferring of the house is limited before rent of the house, and thus causes damages to Party B, Party A will be responsible to compensate Party B's losses.

10-3 During the term of the lease, where Party A fails to perform the obligation of maintaining and repairing the lessed house promptly as agreed in this contract, and thus causes damages to the leased house, Party A shall be responsible for all the property losses or personal injuries caused to Party B.

10-4 During the term of the lease, where Party A rescinds the contract unilaterally and takes back the house in advance which breaching this contract, Party A shall pay defalt fine twice as many as that according to the days ahead of the term.（这个地方我有点拿不准 ^_^）
