这两句里的come to中to是不同的。第一句是come+动词不定式，第二句是come+介词短语。
1. We've come to know your name and address from somewhere......
我们无意中从别处得知你的姓名和住址。。。
这句可以称为"尼日利亚英语"。网上骗人的短信(多数源于尼日利亚)通常这么开头。come to know在这里的意思是"无意中得知"，是为了给你一个印象这些骗子不是故意来找你的。正常英语里很少这么用。
come to know和find有什么区别: come to know是被别人告知，find是自己找到。
2. He established his empire and came to the throne as an emperor. (注意come应该用过去时)
他建立了他的帝国，以皇帝的身份登上皇位。
这句话里come to的意思是从别处来到某个目的地。"as an emperor"用得不好。throne已经暗指emperor了。可以说came to the throne as a child emperor或came to the throne as the restorer of the peace。
