硅片厚度不变,重量不变的情况下:
156*156,8寸多晶硅片效率达到16%时候,单片功率为3.89W。
由此可推:硅片厚度为180,效率达到16%,单片多晶硅耗用量为3.89w*7g/w=27.23g.
硅片厚度为180,硅片重量不变的情况下,多晶硅片转换率达到18%时单片功率为156*156*0.18/1000=4.38W

瓦是对于电池片或者组件来说的
吨一般是相对硅料来说的。
前者是产品,能发电,衡量它发电的能力当然是每天能每片电池片或者每块组件能发多少瓦电了;
后者是原料,不能发电,就是一大坨东西,肯定按吨卖了。
两者之间想转换只能靠经验了,比如说:一吨硅料-->N个硅棒-->N片wafer-->N片Cell-->N块组件
再根据每个组件大概功率换算得来.

这个没有直接的关系,这个链上,没有做成硅棒之前叫硅原料,然后原料通过提纯加工,再拉成硅棒,硅棒线切割后叫硅片,硅片电极,印刷等加工后变成了电池片,然后电池片加工层压之后变成了电池板.所以,在这个过程中,质量好的就拿来按W卖,质量相对不好的,可能就按重量来卖,瓦与吨是没有直接关系的,不需转换
