高铝耐热球墨铸铁生产方法,其特征有以下步骤: 1)球铁水的熔炼工艺:使用1吨/小时三节冲铁炉,炉膛直径尺寸为600毫米,炉高4.5米,热风温度140 ℃,铁水出炉温度1300~1380℃,山西焦炭含硫量1.1~1.7%;济南P08生铁:含C4.4%,Si0.51%,Mn0.375~0.74%,S0.047%,P0.084%;配料比:济南P08生铁50%,球铁回炉料40%,废铁10%;球化剂,其化学成分应符合:Mg7~8%,Re11.5%,Si40%,Al1.34%;球化工艺:球化处理采用包底凹坑冲入法,球化剂加入量为2%,孕育硅铁0.5%,加入0.5%的碱脱硫;先将球化剂置于包底,上放1/2的孕育硅铁,稻草灰盖实,侧面放入碱;第一次出铁水为总量的2/3,待球化反应完毕后,应迅速加稻草灰扒渣,再放入剩余的孕育硅铁,经搅拌进行第二次放铁水,搅拌扒渣,覆盖稻草灰,作三角试片,经试验合格,即得到合格的球墨铸铁铁水; 2)、冲混工艺:首先将已熔炼好的铝水经三氧脱气剂进行脱气处理,处理温度为720℃~740℃,经搅拌扒渣,覆盖稻草;球铁水和铝水的配比按球铁水75%,铝水25%,铝的烧损量为6~ 10%,将球铁水缓慢冲入盛有铝水的包内,并随时搅拌扒渣,浇注零件时应掌握快浇、平稳、连续,必须挡好渣,避免冷隔和夹渣。
