found &build &set up &establish & put up的区别?

found：v.[T]建造（城市或大楼）；创建（机构）
例：The Romans founded a great city here.
罗马人在这里建了一座大城市。

build：v.[I；T]盖；建筑；建造
例：They are building a new bridge.
