孔内深层强夯桩法,简称DDC(瑞力通专利)技术,是在强夯技术基础上发展的地基加固技术,是根据“动力固结”的机理与现代科学技术为一体的地基处理技术。孔内深层强夯桩法与其它技术不同之处在于:是通过孔道将强夯引入到地基深处,用异型重锤对孔内填料自下而上分层进行高动能、超压强、强挤密的孔内深层强夯桩法作业,使孔内的填料沿竖向深层压密固结的同时对桩周土进行横向的强力挤密加固,针对不同的土质,采用不同的工艺,使桩体获得串珠状、扩大头和托盘状,有利于桩与桩间土的紧密咬合,增大相互之间的摩阻力。经DDC处理后,地基整体刚度均匀,承载力可提高2至9倍;变形模量高,沉降变形小,不受地下水影响,地基处理深度可达30米以上。

强夯是地基的处理方式。如果是静压预应力管桩等桩型,静压桩机自重较大的,对施工地面有一定要求,对地基进行处理可以理解。但是也可以采用换填,铺道渣等措施,不必强夯。其他的桩型,比如人工挖孔桩,冲孔桩,钻孔桩,对场地地面的要求都不高。也不需要强夯。
  强夯法即强力夯实法,又称动力固结法。是利用大型履带式起重机将8-40吨的重锤从6-40米高度自由落下,对土进行强力夯实。适用于人工填土、湿陷土、黄土。
