绿色和蓝色的灯压降是3.2v,红色只有2.2V

手机锂电池串二极管以后最高电压还有3.2V多一点的样子,蓝色和绿色还没啥问题,但对于红色就太高了,所以会烧,在串联一个51欧电阻就可以啦

二极管亮的时候两端电压1.7V左右,材料不一样电压也有差别。有些透明封装的那种二极管,发光效率非常高,同样电流的情况下比那种不透明封装的二极管(红的就是红塑料,绿的就是绿塑料)的要亮很多,不过耐压较低很容易击穿。

直接上3V估计是把你的红灯击穿了,给二级管串个电阻吧,按(3.7-1.7)V/10mA=200欧左右。

手机电池电流一般大于550mA,纽扣电池一般才10mA(新的)至少要串联一个500至1K欧姆的电阻
