1、过于在意“极电结正偏”了。其实,在饱和区,即便是极电结正偏,也还没有达到极电结的正向导通电压。不过,一般人都会被“正偏”误导。
2、饱和的含义:集电极电流是随着基极电流的增大而增大的,当集电极电流增大到一定程度时,再增加基极电流,集电极电流不再随着增加了,这种现象就叫做饱和。而“三极管如工作在饱和状态,那么就是双结正偏”是现象或因果关系,也不算解释。饱和的实质正是由于集电结正偏而使Ic脱离了与Ib的线性关系(请复习三极管构造)。
3、三极管的饱和状态,是包括Ic趋于0的状态的,这一点请自已体会、理解。
4、通过给三极管发射结加上正向导通偏压,同时给集电结加上正偏,三极管一定是在饱和区(一定不在放大区,包含Ic为零的情形)。
