如：have not，must not，need not，is（are） not 等，一般都是缩写形式的（is not=isn't等）。

我想一定是人称的关系，has肯定用于第三人称单数（he，she，it），have肯定用于第一人称、第二人称及第三人称复数（I,we,you,they）。除非疑问句或否定句中前面已有助动词，那就用have了。
