Abstract:
Along with a rapid development of the national economy, the market for belt cold rolling appears a bright foreground. By means of absorbing advanced technology and experience, we should transform it into our own resources superiority and occupy an important position on basis of it in the course of the reforming of large-scale steel enterprise. Moreover, a belt planishing mill setting is one of the major sectors of the belt cold rolling sets, in which a steel roll annealed is received in the device from the last course, and after planished a steel belt with certain extensibility and surface roughness is gained. The steel belt, after having planished, has eliminated its yielding platform, and it can improve its quality outstandingly to meet with the increasing demands in the market.
This paper has firstly discussed the background and foreground status for planishing mills. Then, according to the currently situation nowadays, it has been conceived of to a reasonable choose of a rolling mill in view of the relative factors of economical efficiency and coefficient of efficiency and at last fulfilled the relative design for a planishing mill. The planishing mill designed adopts a framework with an initiative driving system with double dynamoelectric machine, enclosed type of machine frame, fluid-pressure system and so on. As a focal point, this paper has discussed the design calculation for the planishing mill, including: structure parameter of a rolling mill, initiative driving system, choose for dynamoelectric machines, a design for fluid-pressure system, a determination for the size of the machine frame and its intensity checking, roller design and its intensity checking, life-span of the bearings and so on. Finally, it has analyzed and discussed the rolling mill lubrication, environmental protection and economic availability.

Summary
With the rapid development of national economy, the market of band cold rolling mill's future is assured.Through digesting and absorbing the foreign modern technology and experience,and translate them into our resources,and stand a good position of large steel enterprises.The band leveler unit is the most important sector of the band cold rolling unit.The equipment of this section can accept the annealing coil of strips.After levelling,will get a steel belt with certain elongation and surface roughness , the steel belt after leveliing had eliminate the yield point jog, and can significantly improve the quality of the belt, which could satisfie the increasing requirements to the market.
At the beginning of this paper, it has discussed the background and the development of the leveler.Then according to the current situation,considered the related factors of economy and efficiency.And then to consider about choosing the reasonable equipment of rolling mill,finally complete the corresponding design to the leveler.The designed leveler mainly used the mechanisms of double motors main transmission system, closed frame, and hydraulic press system.This thesis had put the emphasis on the research of the leveler's design and calculation, these including: design and calculation of mills' structural parameters, the design and calculation of the main driving force parameters and the choose of the electronic,the design of hydraulic pressure press down system, to confirm the stander size and to check its intensity,rolling design and also to check its intensity,and to calculate the life span of the bearing.At the end of this thesis it also discussed the mill lubrication, environmental and economic feasibility analysis .

摘要
随着国民经济的快速发展,板带冷轧的市场一片光明,通过消化吸收国外的先进技术和经验,将其转化成我们的优势资源,并将以此在大型钢铁企业的改造中占有一席之地。而板带平整机组是板带冷轧机组中重要的一环,该区域设备承接经退火之后的钢卷,经平整后,得到有一定延伸率和表面粗糙度的钢带,平整后的钢带消除了屈服平台,可显著提高板带的质量,从而满足市场日益增长的要求。
本文首先论述了平整机的背景与发展状况,然后根据当前实际情况,考虑到经济性和效率性等相关因素,对轧机设备合理选用进行构想, 最终完成对平整机的相应的设计。设计的平整机主要采用了双电机主传动传动系统、闭式机架,液压压下系统等机构;本论文着重在于研究了平整机的设计计算,具体包括:轧机的结构参数设计计算、主传动力能参数设计计算及电机的选择、液压压下系统设计、机架尺寸确定及其强度校核、轧辊设计和强度校核、轴承的寿命计算等。最后本文还对轧机润滑、环保及经济可行性分析进行了讨论。

The paper first discusses the background to temper the situation and development, and then the actual situation in the light of the current, taking into account the economy and related factors such as efficiency of mill equipment to carry out the idea of rational choice, the final completion of the corresponding temper mill design.Designed mainly temper mill main drive dual motor drive system, closed-frame, hydraulic pressure system institutions; this thesis is focused on study design and calculation of the temper mill, including: the design of structural parameters of the mill, the main Communication design and calculation of dynamic parameters and the choice of electric, hydraulic pressure system design, determine the rack size and strength checking, roller design and strength check, bearing life calculations. Finally, this article also mill lubrication, environmental and economic feasibility analysis are discussed.
