like当作 像 是一个介词
表示喜欢时才是动词
动词采用do提问

does 是个助动词，去掉后这个句子就只有like当谓语，只用like的话是喜欢的意思，这句话是对主语提问，your city likes ______ 你的城市喜欢？显然不对吧？
如果补上be动词，be like 意思是像什么，这个时候对主语提问的句子是your city is like_____这才是正确的。

be like 就是“你那城市是什么样的？”
如果选择does，表明like是动词，作动词就是“喜欢”的意思了，意思就不对了

固定搭配：Be like=look like

like当作像时,相当于介词，选择is
look like是动词短语，前面只能用助动词，如果用is，岂不是有两个主语啦
