In this paper, a WEB-based online book library retrieval system analysis and design process. Retrieval system is mainly divided into books, book reservations and renewals three functional modules. 【Abstract】This article elaborated one based on the WEB library on-line books retrieval system's analysis and the design process. The system mainly divides into the books retrieval, the books appointment and the books renewal three big functional module. The average consumer divides into the registration user and the non-registration user two kinds, the non-registration user can only carry on the inquiry books operation through the system, but registers the user not only to be possible to inquire the books also to be possible to register the system, carries on books operations and so on appointment request and renewal books; This article uses Java Server Page +J2EE+Struts+ SQL the Server 2000 technologies to make the analysis and the design for the system.

【abstract】
This paper elaborates on the analysis and design process for library online book searching system based on WEB. The system maily consists of the following three function modules:book searching, book reservation and book renewal. Common uses have two kinds,namely,registered users and unregistered users.Unregistered users can only perform the operation of searching for books through this system, while registered users can not only search for books but also log on this system to perform the operation of book reservation, book renewal etc; this paper uses Java Server Page +J2EE+Struts+ SQL Server 2000 technology to analyze and design for this system.
