5.1 Both Parties are obligated to keep confidential of the matters referred to in the Agreement. Without prior written consent by the other party under the Agreement, any party shall not announce, publish, or disclose any details of the Agreement.
5.2 The Agreement shall be govnerned by PRC law.
5.3 In regard to matters not covered by the Agreement, the Parties shall enter into a supplementary agreement, which shall be equally binding as the Agreement.
5.4 The Agreement will be effective upon signing by the authroized representatives and stamping by the Parties.
5.5 The Agreement will be executed in 2 conterparts, to be held by A and B respectively. The 2 conterparts shall be equally binding.

This Agreement shall be governed by Chinese law.

This Agreement and its annexes shall come into force upon being signed and sealed by authorized representaitives of both parties.
This Agreement is made in duplicate, each one holding one with same effect.
