(2)The technological content of export products is very low. The export products listed in the several top export quantity are respectively clothing, raw oil, cotton cloth, cotton textures, commissariat, leather shoes, and toys. Although the export of our machinery & electronic products increases rapidly, most of them are productive transit trade，some of them result from the application of low-cost productive elements and environmental resources of MNC，few are effective technological export. Our technological products present only 5 percent of total export，and the technology transferring ratio is only 5 percent，just equal to one ninth of America or Japan. Currently, the needy technology-intensive products and further machining products in the world market are all our weakness.

This situation is reflected in : (1) the majority of our products are exported to the ecological and environmental impact of primary products and polluted larger intermediate and finished products. On the one hand, resource-intensive products in the energy production process is relatively large, the natural resources is higher than in developed countries so that the original scarce resources more scarce.
