127.0.0.1是本机IP地址，不知道你的什么程序自动访问该地址（现在有些病毒为了防止用户访问反病毒网站了解安全知识会在hosts文件中指向127.0.0.1就会导致系统自动访问127.0.0.1导致无法打开网页。你可以搜索“hosts”（不含引号）文件找到以后用记事本打开然后清空里面的内容就可以了（也可以直接删除）。
