The time says regarding the scholar: "An inch time inch gold, inch Jin Nan buys an inch time." The scholar only then treasures the time to be able to create own value, is humanity's civilized development, develops the new knowledge world. The science and technology can further develop, soars for the motherland offers own talent. Otherwise, does not treasure the time, unsuccessfully living, tomorrow duplicate tomorrow, not only has destroyed own future, returns to give back to the country to bring in the economical the loss.
The time says regarding the military scientist, treasures the time is the victory. Red Army must fly crosses Yangtze River, day and night marches, its goal strives for the time, strives for the victory. Obviously treasures the time is how important, this is relating the motherland life and death.
The time regarding the economical scholar is the money, is the efficiency. Along with the reform and open policy flood tide, the time is more and more taken by the people, former days worked disperses negligently, lives hand to mouth, has the mess the phenomenon more and more to be few, presents at present in is grasps the time creation benefit, the creation wealth.
Treasures the time is treasures the life, the life very is all important regarding each people, our each people all should treasure the time well, creates own life value.

时间就是生命，鲁迅先生说：“浪费自己的时间等于慢性自杀，浪费别人的时间等于谋财害命。”这就说明了珍惜时间的重要性。
时间对于学者来讲：“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。”学者只有珍惜时间才能创造自己的价值，为人类的文明发展，开拓新的知识天地。科技才能进一步发展，为祖国腾飞奉献自己的才华。反之，不珍惜时间，碌碌无为的过日子，明日复明日，不但毁了自己的前程，还给国家带来经济上的损失。
时间对于军事学家来讲，珍惜时间就是胜利。红军要飞渡金沙江，夜以继日地行军，其目的就是争取时间，夺取胜利。可见珍惜时间是多么重要，这关系着祖国的生死存亡。
时间对于经济学者就是金钱，就是效率。随着改革开放的大潮，时间越来越被人们重视，往日工作散怠，做一天和尚撞一天钟，吃大锅饭的现象越来越少，呈现在眼前的是抓紧时间创造效益，创造财富。
珍惜时间就是珍惜生命，生命对于每个人都很重要，我们每个人都应好好地珍惜时间，创造自己的生命价值。

In this world, there is one thing that is very fair to everybody, whether you are a male or female, young or old, rich or poor. Does anybody know what it is called?
Right. It is time. The topic I am going to present to you today is called “ Treasure Every Minute”.
To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.

To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.
To realize the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the train.
To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident.
To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics.
Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with.
And remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present!! The clock is running. Make the most of today.

时间--世界上最快而又最慢、最长而又最短、最平凡而又最珍贵、最易被忽视而又最另人后悔的东西。一步步，一程程，已走了多远，永不停留，走过秒、分、时、日，又积成周、月、年、代。高尔基说过："时间是最公平合理的，它从不多给谁一分。勤劳者能叫时间留下串串果实，懒惰者时间留给他们一头白发，两手空空。"我们不能让时间停留，但可以每时每刻做些有意义的事。东汉文学家崔瑗，官至济北相。当他40多岁任郡吏时，不幸因事被捕入狱。当他听说有一位狱吏精通《礼》学，便抓紧一切时间向他学习，当狱吏审讯时，他也趁机请教有关问题。他的这种对待学习的精神，给我们每个人树立了榜样。时间是生命的单位，有些人往往利用相同的时间比别人多做许多事情。美国的大发明家爱迪生一生忘我工作，成了有2000多项发明的发明大王。当他在79岁生日时自豪地宣布；"按常人的工作量计算，我已经135岁了。"

　　"一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。"的道理人人都懂，可为什么还有人虚掷光阴、荒废生命。现在许多青年人，找不到工作，就天天在外面喝酒寻乐，或是呆在家里无所事事，明明已经成年，还是给父母增加了许多负担，这些人一不小心就掉进了犯罪的深渊，成为社会的"危险人群"。这些人往往有一种"明天再说"的想法，认为自己现在还年轻，先尽情享乐，过几年再考虑工作。最终明日复明日，明日成蹉跎。一个"今天"值两个"明天"，当日事当日做，把什么事都放到明天的人，最终什么事都干不成。

　　有时我总会抱怨时间不够用，许多要干的事都没有干，但是真的怪时间吗？它就像海绵里的水，只要愿挤，总还是有的。归根结底是自己不抓紧它，杰弗逊说得好："从不浪费时间的人，没有工夫抱怨时间不够。"当你愁眉不展的时候，时间从你的抱怨中跳过，我很欣赏朱自清先生在《匆匆》里对时间的这一说法。时间就像铁面无私不动感情的一个老人，不会因你的任何举动停住脚步，它只会对你的虚度光阴抱以轻蔑的一笑，然后轻轻越过。

　　对一个人来说，时间就是生命，时间有限，当失去它时，生命也走到了尽头。你是想把它当作日历一天天撕去，到最后只留下一个生了锈的日历夹吗？人活着是要实现价值的，为什么有些人生命的价值大、有些人生命的价值小呢？仔细看一看吧，他们的一生都做了什么。有些人的一生在不断完成那些有意义的事，那么他的价值在学习工作中就体现出来了，只有做的事越多，做的越好，生命的价值就越大；反之，一个人不断地浪费时间，他的生命价值就会少得可怜。

　　你热爱生命吗？那么就请珍惜时间，因为时间是组成生命的材料。
