abstract: this experiment , on the basis of the plant cellulartotipotency , with Liger and LA genetype tomato seeds, applies the technology of plant tissue culture to produce tomato seedlings. this experiment filters the regeneration ability of explant , such as cotyledon, nod and stem apex through differential medium containing hormone . experimental result shows that Liger genetype tamato has a strong ability to regenerate, the best explant is cotyledon, and the most appropriate formula for Callus Induce hormone is 6-BA 1.0mg，NAA 0.7mg. and the best formula for dividing hormone is 6-BA 2.0mg，IAA 0.1mg.
