Abstract: This paper tests the fish 216 to choose healthy food, were divided into 4 groups of three replicates of 18 fish per cylinder weight (0.137 0.013) Kg, on the basis of experimental group was fed diet supplemented with different levels APS, experimental group fed diet 0 (before adding APS), the 60-day feeding trial. Test the sampling period of 30 days and 60 days. 3 per treatment randomly selected fish organs and tissues were isolated, separated his early kidney, gills and spleen. Will take the head kidney, gills and spleen cut and ground into a paste, take the tissue and then diluted with normal saline into the upper supernatant of different ratios of tissue to determine acid and alkaline phosphatase and lysozyme activity.
The results showed that: the immune tissues of the three acids, the activity of alkaline phosphatase and lysozyme content is not added to add more than APS APS group activity in gill was significantly significant (P <0.05); head kidney and spleen enzymes was significantly obvious (P> 0.05);
