< The healthy life style >
The healthy life style must achieve:
1. to acquires the appropriate sportwear
2. to spend some time on fitness equipment
3. to go out for a walk after a big breakfast/lunch/dinner
4. to travel with my friends
4. to participate in different kinds of short-term training class
5. in addition, but also purchases some books about fitness and keep to do some exercises everyday. to watch the sports performance, raises the interest gradually, then forms some most basic fitness leisure habit.
< Weekend plan >
I have a good plan for this weekend. I plan to go to my friends house to do our homeworks on saturday morning. we will go out to play after finishing our homeworks. I will go home by a taxi before my parents come back. On sunday I plan to go shopping with my friends and I decide to purchase a lot of things. For example a pair of shoes, some fruits and a new pen. I will go to bed early at night for tomorrow school.
Climbing the Great Wall at the Weekend
It was weekend again ,and it was sunny .My parents told me to pay a visit to the Great Wall. When we got to the bottom of it,we saw a crowd of people there.Boys and girls ,young and old ,men and women were everywhere.We were all excited and began to climb it.My parents asked me to be careful.We followed the steps ,walking towards the top of the Great Wall.Wow! What a nice view! The sun was shining ,the wind was blowing ,and the small hills are connected to each other far way.The great Wall lies on the earth ,just like a huge long dragon. Soon we reached to the top of the Great Wall.Everything seemed to be under us.We were wild with joy and couldn't help shouting out!
That was a great weekend,we all had fun.
