A few & few 的区别：

Few 一般用于否定句，表示没多少，没几个
例如：There are few apples. 没几个苹果了。
I have few boy friends. 我没几个男性朋友。(也可以翻译成：我没什幺男性朋友。)
A few 一般用于肯定句，表示几个，很少。
例如：There are a few oranges left in fridge. 冰箱里面只有很少橘子了。（也可以翻译成：冰箱里面没多少橘子了。）

a few 用在肯定句中表示“几个”时，比some, several表示的数量少
