我们不是故意不取消记录，航信系统没有显示相关航班信息，导致我们自己的系统没有调取出来这个记录，所以造成了no-show，鉴于以往的合作 能否考虑减免此次罚金，万分感谢！
we did not do it on purpose, it's because there wasn't any flight info on the system which made our system failed to read the record and delete it and became "no-show". In viewing our previous cooperation, we would be much obliged if this time you can exempt us from any penalty.
