我觉得用被动态这么说：It is often called England （by us）. 主动态：We often call it England.没必要用过去时，因为这是一客观事实，现在时就可以了采纳不采纳，自己定夺。
CALLED改为CALLS,问题不大.
We often call it England.可以的，但是别加ed啊
