Many people can handle the situation of talking to a person, while they will get nervous when they give a public speech. The English Speech Competition can help students to speak up to the public and speak up to their inner fear.
Reading and comprehension of written messages is as important as speaking though many people have ignored this point. The learner should be encouraged to read some English articles. At first, they can read some English stories and news, and then with the level rising, they should try some original English books.
There are more effective approaches to learn English than these above four ones; however, if you can handle these methods I have talked about, I believe, and you also should believe, you will find that English is far more interested and beneficial than you ever imagined.
