Let me join the fun. I am too lazy to browse the Internet for any definition, so would use my knowledge of definition of culture learned 25 years ago in my Sociology class.

Culture generally refers to all human-made tangible and non tangible processes and ends. Tangible includes all hardwares including for examples automobile, computer, furniture, and etc. More important is the intangible world which includes values, beliefs and ya de ya de ya da.

Canadian culture, for instance, values respect, honesty, integrity and equality, which translate into social policy of self reporting tax system and welfare network to protect the weakest in the society.

Culture is either right or wrong. The norm is generally accepted by most members of the community. Something which is acceptable in one society can be unacceptable in the other.

Culture consists of activities such as the arts and philosophy, which are considered to be important for the development of civilization and of people's minds.
