摘要
Abstract

人事管理系统是企事业单位实现办公自动化的前提和基础，本系统主要用于企业人事信息的管理，便于企事业单位领导掌握人员动向，及时调整人才分配，使从事人力资源管理的人员提高工作效率。
The personnel management system is the premise and foundation for enterprise and public institutions to realize office automation(OA). The system is mainly used to manage the personnel information and is able to know the staff trend for the leader's convenience as well as adjust the allocation of people on time in order to improve the efficiency of personnels who work on human resource management.

本文研究的主要内容通过系统需求分析和可行性研究，基本确定了本系统的各个功能模块。
This paper is concentrating on the requirement analysis and feasibility studies in order to confirm each function module for this management system.

本系统主要由人事管理模块、员工考勤管理模块、查询管理模块、系统管理模块等组成。本系统使用基于.NET Framework(.NET框架)的ASP.NET为开发工具，C#为主要设计语言。
The system is composed of personnel management module, employees attendance management module, inquiring management module, and system management module. It uses ASP.NET which is based on .NET Framework as the developing tool and C# as the major developing language.

在数据库上选用ASP.NET自带的数据库SQL Server 2005，并绘有系统数据流程图、功能模块图，整个程序设计目标明确，有章可循，最后经过系统测试，功能基本完善。
It chooses SQL Server 2005 belonging to ASP.NET as the database and draws the system data flowchart as well as the function module graph. And the whole program design has a clear goal and each chapter could be considered as the reference. Finally the system works very well as expected after the system test.

Personnel Administration System
Abstract
Personnel Administration system is prerequisite foundation for an enterprise or an institution to realize the office automation and infrastructure (OA). This system is mainly used for the management of personnel information, so that the leaders of the enterprise or the institution are easy to know well its staff’s pulse or movement to adjust the assign of qualified personnel in time and urge forward the personnel engaged in human resources management to improve their work efficiency. The main contents of this paper are how to identify all the functional modules elementarily by means of a requirements analysis and a feasibility study on the system. This system is composes of the modules for the personnel management, the management of checking staff on work attendance, the inquiry management and the system management. The application of this system is based on ASP. NET in the NET Framework as its exploitive tool and C# as its main design language. Its Database chooses SQL Server 2005, which is built in the ASP. NET.
With a data flow chart and a functional module chart, the whole process design has a clear-cut aim, orderly ways to follow, so the final system testing has proved that the function is perfect.
