The results indicated that these three parties can agree that vocational education in rural areas in Jiangyin, Jiangyin rural vocational education in helping students to learn skills to solve the employment expectations of parents to their children and meet the needs of corporate human resources to play its due role, Jiangyin Rural Vocational Jiangyin socio-economic development of education has an important supporting role. Jiangyin vocational education in view of the current problems in the integration of existing resources, vocational education, increase financial input and advocacy, to promote agricultural vocational education reform, innovation and school-enterprise cooperation model and so on.

Abstract: The development of rural vocational education is an important way to build new socialist countryside and agricultural modernization, and the developments of rural vocational education in different regions have different characteristics. The city of Jiangyin, located in the economically developed SWC Yangtze River Delta region, is among high level county-level cities of socio-economic development in China. With the situation of advance in socio-economic development, how can Jiangyin fit the rural vocational education with its development requires to reform and innovate requires vocational educators to make researchs and explorations in their work.
This paper analyzes the current situation of rural socio-economic development and vocational education development with start of analysis of the significance of developing vocational education in rural areas, then elaborates the mathods and experience that developed countries and regions, and domestic related research. On this basis, this paper analyzes the existing problems in rural vocational education from the side of three demanders of rural students, parents and enterprises. The conclusion shows that, the mentioned three sides all agree with the rural vocational education in Jiangyin, and agrees that the vocational education play full roles in helping students to learn technics, meeting parents’ hopes of children’s employment and satisfying the enterprises’ demands in human resource, and the rural vocational education has an important supporting role in socioeconomic development in Jiangyin. This paper proposes integration of existing resources of vocational education, increase in financial input and advocacy, promotion of reform for agricultural vocational education, and innovation for school-enterprise cooperation models, etc. specific to the existing problems in the vocational education in Jiangyin.
